We're Currently Pilot-Testing the Claryence App
To ensure Claryence genuinely works for busy managers, we’re developing the App iteratively — testing each phase through live pilots with real managers.
Pilot participants will only be asked to spend between 45 mins and 60 mins with the App over 1 week, or several weeks if they choose to participate in several pilots.
Claryence is designed for new managers in their first 24 months, but anyone who wants to strengthen core people-leadership skills can benefit from joining our pilots. More experienced managers are also welcome, and their feedback will help us shape future versions tailored to later-stage leadership challenges.
